Job summary

The Mandala Club in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet operations and ensure the financial performance aligns with the published budget. This role collaborates closely with the Culinary and Beverage Directors to grow Food and Beverage sales and with Membership and Marketing teams to maximise venue occupancy.

You will lead staff, uphold Mandala standards, implement SOPs, drive guest and member satisfaction, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure health and safety
