Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily F&B operations and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Focus on hygiene, safety and high service standards.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to complaints.
• Train and supervise F&B staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Monitor costs, inventory and waste to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare reports on revenues and expenses and manage daily sales and petty cash.
• Suggest ideas for promotions and local engagement activities.
