Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure outlets are managed efficiently according to concept statements and policies.
• Monitor service and food/ beverage standards across outlets and banquets; implement corrective actions.
• Lead and be on duty during peak periods with hands-on management. Conduct frequent kitchen inspections.
