• Lead Daily F&B Operations from opening to closing, ensuring cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Oversee F&B staff scheduling, supervision, and performance to uphold service standards.
• Oversee menu planning, inventory management, supplier relations, cost control, and margins to maintain profitability.
• Plan and deliver F&B for tournaments, coaching programs, and social/corporate events; manage catering for group bookings.
• Handle admin tasks including inventory control, ordering, licensing/compliance, and performance reporting.

Job description

• Lead Daily F&B Operations
  Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operation — from opening to closing — ensuring the bar, kitchen, and service areas are clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in line with SFA requirements, and resolve service issues quickly and efficiently.

• Team Management
  Supervise, schedule, and support F&B staff including baristas and servers. Ensure clear communication, effective task delegation, and consistent service standards. Provide on-the-ground leadership and foster a positive, team-first culture.

• Menu, Inventory & Cost Control
  Manage the food and drinks menu alongside management, keeping the offering fresh and relevant. Oversee stock levels, supplier relationships, and ordering to minimise wastage, and monitor F&B costs, portion control, and margins to keep the operation profitable.

• Drive F&B for Activities & Events

  Collaborate with the team to deliver F&B for tournaments, coaching programs, and social events. Plan and manage catering for corporate events, group bookings, and private functions, ensuring smooth execution and an excellent guest experience.
  

• Admin & Reporting
  Oversee administrative tasks including inventory management, ordering supplies, and staff scheduling. Track F&B sales and performance metrics, manage licensing and compliance, and support management in planning and execution.
