You will work closely with the Director to oversee daily operations, ensure service standards, and contribute to marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality leadership. Ideal candidates have a passion for F&B, strong English communication, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• High quality standards in customer service and hospitality.
• Interest and passion in hospitality and food & beverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist to oversee day to day restaurant operations.
• Assist to ensure adherence to restaurant standards and company rules.
• Ensure high quality of customer service consistently.
• Understand products to advise customers.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as per management's instruction.
• Contribute ideas and assist marketing with A&P.
