Job summary

Orchard Hotel Singapore is seeking a senior F&B Guest Relations Manager to drive revenue Growth and cultivate strong relationships with key clients. You will develop strategic sales plans to promote F&B outlets and meet targets, working with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and leverage insights to optimise performance, including integration with TableCheck and Simphony systems.

5+ years of experience in F&B sales, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong understanding of F&B operations, sales principles, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective table management and Symphony systems utilization.
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and integrate online business channels.
