Job summary

Orchard Hotel Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our food and beverage outlets. You will build strategic relationships with corporate clients and event planners, integrating online channels and POS systems to optimize bookings and guest experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in F&B sales, strong leadership, and a track record of meeting sales targets in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in F&B sales, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, sales principles, and customer relationship management
• Experience with customer data management systems and online business integration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven and target-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective table management and Symphony systems utilization
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer experience
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and integrate online business channels (e.g. social media, online ordering, delivery platforms)
• Lead and train F&B team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Drive partnerships for festive and seasonal business optimization (e.g., Mooncake, NYE, CNY, Dumpling festivals)
