Job summary

XIN XIN F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable F&B supervisor to oversee outlet operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant F&B experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on hygiene and SOP compliance. You will plan staffing, manage performance, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.

• Plan staffing schedules and resolve outlet issues.
