Job summary

FLAX SUBS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Restaurant Operations Associate to support daily restaurant activities across prep, cashier, and quality assurance. You will open and close shifts, perform audit checks, and help the Area Manager with scheduling while maintaining high morale.

You'll ensure food safety standards, manage labour and food costs, and work as part of a team to deliver service excellence with weekend and weeknights commitments required.

Responsibilities

• Handling prep work in the Restaurant including preparing bread, protein and vegetables.
• Handling cashier in the Restaurant
• Handling Quality Assurance, Service Excellence and tip top cleanliness in the Restaurant
• Perform opening shift in the Restaurant
• Perform closing shift in the Restaurant
• Aid the Operations / Area Manager in meeting scheduling needs
• Ensuring audit checks are performed regularly which specifically include food safety checks
• Keep morale of the employee high
• Manage Labour Cost in the Restaurant
• Manage Food Cost in the Restaurant
• Team player
• Highly self motivated
