Job summary

READYFORCE MANPOWER SOLUTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reliable stall assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth service while upholding quality throughout the shift.

You will manage mise en place, heat and portion ingredients to standard recipes, prepare fresh salads, handle orders and payments, maintain hygiene per SFA rules, wash dishes, and assist with stock, opening/closing, and POS/online ordering.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily stall operations to ensure smooth service
• Mise en place and ingredient preparation prior to service
• Heat up and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Prepare fresh salads and maintain quality, taste, and presentation
• Handle customer orders, process payments accurately, and provide efficient service
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards of the stall in compliance with SFA regulations
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring proper sanitization
• Perform stewarding duties including cleaning, organizing, and waste disposal
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and replenishing ingredients when required
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures
• Support with menu preparation, supplier coordination as well as operating the POS and online ordering systems
• Support the team in maintaining overall cleanliness and safety of the workplace
