Job summary

Sapaad is seeking a Deployment Officer to drive onboarding, training, and hands-on support for restaurant customers in Singapore. You will become the face of the product at client sites, configuring accounts and delivering training to cashiers, managers, and staff.

You will also provide remote and on-site support, track issues with engineering, and travel locally within the metro area to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting for POS environments.
• Excellent English communication and ability to train end users.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Sapaad products and services.
• Act as primary account manager for customers in your city.
• Lead onboarding and deployment at customer sites, including hardware setup.
• Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff and share best practices.
• Provide remote and on-site support, raise tickets, and coordinate with engineering.
• Escalate issues and maintain clear communication with users.
