Fortune Centre in Singapore is seeking an F&B Chef to prepare meals for multiple outlets, with shifts from 11am-9pm or 9am-7pm.

The role requires 54 working hours per week over six days, offering a monthly salary of SGD 2,900 and a duty meal per shift. Chinese and English communication preferred, with a professional and courteous service mindset. Duties include opening/closing procedures at the central kitchen and ensuring quality ingredients are prepared.

Qualifications

• Communicate in Chinese and English preferred.
• Experience in F&B kitchen operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-cooking preparation – cutting and sorting ingredients.
• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service.
• Carry out central kitchen opening and closing procedures.

Salary: $2900

Working hours per week: 54 hours

Working shift: 11am-9pm/ 9am-7pm

Working days per week: 6 days

Job Scope:

Responsible for cooking the various meal for different outlets.

Perform pre-cooking preparation – cutting, and sorting the good ingredients.

A courteous, professional, and efficient service is always provided.

All duties and tasks are performed per the tasks required at the central kitchen
