Job summary

Wen Jing Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager in Singapore to take charge of daily restaurant operations, coordinate front and back of house, and prepare staff rosters.

The role involves purchasing, inventory control, and ensuring regulatory compliance with SFA and other authorities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Chinese F&B and can communicate in Chinese and basic English.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR required.
• Rich hands-on experience in Chinese F&B full-store management.
• Able to converse in Chinese and basic English.
• Highly organized and capable of running the whole store independently.
• Able to follow instructions from management.

• Handle purchasing, stock checking, inventory control and food cost management.
• Ensure kitchen and dining area comply with SFA food hygiene and regulatory requirements.

• Support new outlet opening preparation and prepare various application documents.
• Liaise with government agencies to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Step in to support service during peak hours.

Job Duties

• Handle purchasing, stock checking, inventory control and food cost management.
• Ensure kitchen and dining area fully comply with SFA food hygiene and all regulatory requirements.
• Complete daily sales reconciliation and submit operation reports.
• Support new outlet opening preparation, collate and prepare various application documents.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies, maintain full regulatory compliance for the restaurant.
• Step in to support service during peak business hours.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only.
• Rich hands‑on experience in Chinese F&B full‑store management, familiar with new restaurant opening procedures, official submissions and government liaison work.
• Able to converse in Chinese and basic English.
• Highly organised, responsible, capable of running the whole store independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow instructions and work assignments from management.

Working Conditions

• Work 9 hours daily (including 1 hour meal break), 4 days off per month.
• Basic salary: $3200 - $3800 per month, overtime is payable.
• Probation period of 3 months. Performance‑based bonus, opening bonus and profit‑sharing will commence upon successful confirmation after probation.
