Job summary

DA PAOLO GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive with strong Xero experience in the F&B sector to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and general bookkeeping for multiple outlets and central kitchens.

You will maintain accurate records, support month-end processes, and explore automation to improve finance workflows, including integrations between procurement, POS, delivery platforms and Xero.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.
• Solid understanding of AP, AR, bookkeeping and accounting schedules.
• Familiarity with GST in Singapore.
• Proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices in Xero for AP.
• Match invoices to POs and delivery orders; reconcile statements.
• Prepare payments to suppliers and service providers.
• Reconcile receivables and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and support month-end closing.
