Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O'Level with 2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Diploma in Logistics/Shipping/ Business Studies or related discipline is a plus.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import, export, and transshipment operations for NVOCC shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams on bookings and cargo movements.
• Monitor vessel schedules, transshipment connections, and cargo status; follow up on rollovers, delays, and amendments.
