Job summary

RULEWAVE LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage shipment creation and monitor progress through all stages of export, import and cross-trade operations. The role includes document preparation, cargo clearance, and coordination with overseas agents to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will handle invoicing, insurance arrangements, and pre-alert communications, while maintaining strong customer service and proactive updates across the shipment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Handle job creation and monitor the progress for necessary updates throughout shipment process.
• Preparing of full sets shipment documents for Export / Import and Cross Trade.
• Handle various type of Cargo Clearance Permits declaration via Tradenet system.
• Assist in procurement of services as required by customers or Sales.
• Execution of customers’ orders for export Air, Ocean, customs clearance, and delivery whenever required
• Co-ordinate with overseas agent to ensure the cargo is promptly delivered
• Shipment entry in In-House TMS
• Sending of Pre-alert documents to overseas offices/ agents and customers whenever required
• Invoicing to customer
• Arranging insurance if required and assisting the client in the event of a claim
• Coordination with sales or overseas agents / offices for service rendered
• Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey of the shipment
• Provide good customer service to customers and assist in tracking and managing their shipments
