Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive team member to provide a comprehensive service to customers in export and sea freight forwarding.

You will manage shipments, ensure costs and invoicing accuracy, and comply with company SOPs. The role requires 1–2 years of freight forwarding experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to address operational issues beyond standard hours. You will liaise with vendors, customers, and overseas offices to keep freight operations

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct in daily endeavours for DSV Air & Sea.
• Ensure shipment costs are updated correctly in CW1/Tango.
• Ensure timely invoicing of shipments as per company KPI.
• Verify vendor/intercompany invoices timely and raise disputes for incorrect invoices.
• Handle invoice disputes or queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accountability for updating and meeting deadlines for monthly reports.
