Job summary

Hitcheed Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic Event Marketing Manager to lead planning, marketing and execution of consumer events, from small gatherings to large conventions. You will collaborate with teams to plan and run events and gain exposure to back-end platform operations, social media marketing, and client liaison.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and confident leader who can turn marketing activity into attendance and excitement around our events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event management or consumer marketing.
• Experience managing consumer-facing events from planning through execution.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of consumer events, from concept to post-event review.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and production schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, venues, sponsors and partners.
• Own event milestones and ensure on-time delivery within budget and high quality.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for events.
• Lead event-day operations and oversee setup to teardown.
