Job summary

THINKADS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive – Experiential & Events who enjoys working with clients while making things happen behind the scenes. You’ll help connect clients with our Creative, Production and Project teams across activations, events and campaigns.

From brief to planning, production and LIVE execution, you’ll keep projects moving and ensure teams know what’s next. Fresh grads welcome with internship experience; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in account servicing, events, or project coordination preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Confident communicator with strong English (written and spoken).
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
• Resourceful and responsive, comfortable dealing with diverse people.
• Hands-on and flexible for event/site setup, installs and teardown.
• Ownership and reliability to drive tasks from start to finish.
• Independent team player with initiative and collaboration.
• Curious, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client servicing and understand campaign briefs, objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate projects from initial brief through creative development, production and execution.
• Prepare meeting recaps, timelines, workback schedules and project updates.
• Coordinate client feedback, revisions and approvals with internal teams.
• Work closely with Creative and Production teams to turn ideas into deliverables.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, fabricators, printers and other project partners.
• Support proposals, presentations, site visits and activation planning.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
• Support onsite execution for events, pop-ups and activations.
• Keep clients and internal teams updated and flag potential issues early.
