Job summary

Thinkads PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Executive – Brand Activation & Events to drive campaigns from brief to LIVE. You will collaborate with PM, Creative and Production teams to deliver brand activations, pop-ups, roadshows and events, coordinating venues, suppliers and onsite execution.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in events or related fields, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or related discipline.
• Around 1–3 years’ experience in events, advertising, marketing, account servicing, project coordination or brand activation.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship/event experience are also welcome.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
• Resourceful and willing to find solutions instead of waiting for answers.
• Comfortable with occasional onsite work and flexible hours when projects go LIVE.

Responsibilities

• Project & Client Management: Support and manage projects from client brief through execution and completion.
• Understand project requirements, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients and provide clear project updates.
• Prepare meeting recaps, timelines, workback schedules and action lists.
• Most importantly — follow through. If something is pending, you’ll know what’s happening and what needs to happen next.
