Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in events, customer experience, childcare, or hospitality.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Hands-on, on-ground work (weekends/public holidays required).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily classes and monthly competitions.
• Prepare materials, props, and activity kits.
• Support content setup and on-ground facilitation.
• Brief part-time staff on activity flow and instructions.
• Track attendance and collect basic feedback from guests.
• Work closely with operations during events.
