Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events or exhibitions, at least 1 year.
• Strong project management, time and budget handling.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors and teams.
• Detail-oriented with quality checks throughout lifecycle.
• Willingness to work outside office hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop proposals for client events.
• Support projects from conception to completion within budget.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and teams to meet expectations.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors for seamless execution.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain high-quality standards with inspections and QA.
• Manage on-site activities, troubleshoot and provide service.
