Job summary

Koocester Group is seeking an Events Executive to translate briefs into well-organised experiences. You will partner with marketing, sales and content teams to plan, deliver and follow up on events.

Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, activations, venues, sponsors and attendees, plus managing budgets, timelines and post-event reporting. Availability for evening or weekend events is expected and you will work in a small, growing team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Practical experience planning and delivering events with clear responsibilities.
• Strong organisation and follow-through across multiple deadlines.
• Confidence communicating with suppliers, clients, partners and attendees.
• Comfort with quotations, budgets, spreadsheets and project trackers.
• Resourcefulness when plans change; sound judgement about acting vs escalating.
• Ability to work independently in a small, growing team and contribute on event days.
• Availability to support scheduled evening or weekend events.
• Experience with brand activations, networking events, lifestyle communities or exhibitions is useful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate networking sessions, brand activations, community gatherings, workshops and events.
• Build event timelines, checklists, budgets and run-of-show documents with clear responsibilities.
• Source venues and suppliers, compare quotations, negotiate costs and coordinate bookings.
• Coordinate speakers, hosts, guests, sponsors, vendors and event crew.
• Work with marketing on event listings, promotions and registrations.
• Coordinate sponsor deliverables with the commercial team and event visibility.
• Manage registration, setup, rehearsals, programme flow, troubleshooting and teardown.
• Track expenditure, invoices and outstanding items and escalate changes.
• Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, expenditure and feedback.
• Maintain organised event records and attendee follow-up.
