Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is looking for a creative producer who can shape concepts from idea to live experience. You will develop original concepts for events, activations and client experiences, finding the story that holds an experience together and designing moments audiences remember.

You will work with designers, videographers, agencies and partners to bring ideas to life, spotting emerging formats and trends to inspire what we do next.

• Strong ideation and storytelling ability.
• Love for events and experiences.
• Instinct for engaging and shareable content.
• Understanding of how platforms behave for social-native content.
• Experience developing video/visual storytelling.
• Ability to turn a loose brief into a compelling concept.
• Strong visual judgement and attention to detail.
• Confidence to sell an idea and bring others along.
• Practical ability to deliver creative concepts.
• Curiosity and energy to discover what's next.
• Regional or multi-market experience in Asia is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Creating original concepts for events, activations and client experiences.

• Thinking beyond the physical event to how ideas travel via video, social and digital content.
• Creating social-native ideas rather than just repurposing footage.
• Developing video concepts, storylines, scripts and treatments.
• Collaborating with designers, videographers, agencies, production teams and partners to bring ideas to life.
• Spotting emerging formats, creators, technologies and trends to inspire future work.
• Taking inspiration from best experiences beyond finance.
