Job summary

TAK Products & Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Content & Activation lead to elevate our showroom into an inspiring destination for designers and homeowners. You’ll craft narratives, curate moments, and orchestrate activations that bring our materials to life.

You will blend event curation with content creation and cross‑team collaboration, thriving in a fast‑paced, design‑led environment and delivering experiences that reflect the TAK brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related creative field.
• Min. 3 years in design-led or lifestyle environments; 1 year in a managerial role is a plus.
• Hands-on in planning, coordinating, and delivering events/activations.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and be proactive.
• Clear verbal, written, and visual communication.
• Energetic, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
• Portfolio or personal projects demonstrating creativity and content understanding.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute showroom activations from designer roundtables to homeowner events.
• Curate content such as showroom tour videos, features, installation highlights, and social snippets.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing to shape ideas and brand narratives.
• Work with Studio team for seamless on-site execution of events.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics with accuracy.
• Maintain consistent visual and experiential tone across showroom touchpoints.
• Keep activation-ready styling, spatial storytelling, displays and visitor journeys.
• Track event and content performance and derive insights.
• Bring fresh ideas to make showroom a destination people want to revisit.
