Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance industry experience, including good exposure to the Singapore insurance market.
• Experience across Property & Casualty, Commercial/Corporate Risks, Power & Energy, Construction & Engineering, or related specialty lines.
• Strong understanding of insurance markets, policy coverage and programme structures.
• Established relationships across insurers, clients and the wider insurance market would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full broking cycle from renewal strategy and programme design through to placement and ongoing servicing.
• Advising clients on risk exposures, coverage and appropriate insurance solutions.
• Negotiating with insurers on coverage, capacity, pricing and policy terms.
• Building strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers and other market stakeholders.
• Managing complex and/or large corporate insurance programmes.
• Supporting business development, client retention and portfolio growth.

We are currently partnering with established insurance broking firms in Singapore and are looking to connect with experienced Insurance Brokers across a number of specialist areas.

We are particularly interested in brokers with experience across:

• Property & Casualty (P&C)


• Commercial / Corporate Risks


• Power & Energy

The Opportunity

Depending on your area of specialisation, opportunities may involve managing and developing corporate client portfolios, structuring complex insurance programmes and working closely with both local and international insurance markets.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Managing the full broking cycle from renewal strategy and programme design through to placement and ongoing servicing.


• Advising clients on risk exposures, coverage and appropriate insurance solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced insurance professionals with a strong background in broking, placement and/or client management.


• Ideally 10+ years of insurance industry experience, including good exposure to the Singapore insurance market.


• Specialist experience within P&C, Commercial Risks, Power & Energy, Construction & Engineering, or related specialty lines.


• Strong understanding of insurance markets, policy coverage and programme structures.


• Established relationships across insurers, clients and the wider insurance market would be advantageous.


• Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills.


• Independent, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.


• Professional insurance qualifications such as ACII would be advantageous.
