Job summary

AIBEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Document Controller to manage the complete lifecycle of project documents for engineering and supplier documentation.

You will establish robust document control systems, ensure compliance with project numbering and revision controls, and distribute documents to internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5 years of document control experience in Oil & Gas or EPC, and familiarity with FEED, detailed engineering, EPC, EPCC, or FPSO projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years of document control experience in Oil & Gas or EPC.
• Experience supporting FEED, detailed engineering, EPC, EPCC, or FPSO projects.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project-specific document control systems and processes.
• Manage the lifecycle of project documentation from creation to archiving for engineering and supplier documentation.
• Document registration, distribution, tracking, and revision control.
