Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing.
• 10–15 years of sales/retail management experience in B2C.
• Strong strategic thinking, independence and collaboration.

• Build and develop a sustainable, productive SES partner network in Singapore.
• Own business development, JBPs, and expansion strategies with SES partners.
• Oversee SES store P&L, KPI reporting and retail plans.
• Develop retail strategy to maximize device line competitiveness and conversion.
• Collaborate with Retail Development to train partner staff and drive brand advocacy.
• Plan budget, analytics, and market intelligence for SES performance.
