Job summary

ST Engineering, a global technology, defence and engineering group headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and support order processing and shipping activities.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with production teams, freight forwarders, and clients, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • GCE A-Level or equivalent considered.
  • 3–5 years of logistics/supply chain experience.
  • Highly organized and proactive with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (training provided).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Class 3 driving license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in order processing, logistics coordination, and admin duties.
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with production, forwarders, and clients.
  • Resolve delivery, quality, and shipment issues with excellent service.
  • Ensure safety and best practices at all times.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Organize documentation and inventory for audits.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

  • Oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in order processing, logistics coordination, and general office and warehouse administrative duties.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the production team, freight forwarders, and clients (both local and export).
  • Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality checks, and shipments while providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and best practices at all times.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Organize documentation and inventory in preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent also considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong team player with a pleasant personality and effective communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (training provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Class 3 driving license is required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
