Job summary

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading SRE or platform engineering in complex environments.
• Proven track record defining enterprise SRE strategies and scaling teams.
• Fluency with DORA, SLIs, SLOs and error budgets.
• Experience in regulated, high-availability environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; advanced qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reliability strategy and resilience objectives.
• Establish observability strategy and investment roadmap.
• Define incident management framework and resilience standards.
• Define enterprise service performance strategy (SLO/SLA).
• Lead automation strategy and AI adoption for reliability.
• Own enterprise resilience and continuity planning.
• Define cloud operations and platform reliability strategy.
• Build enterprise SRE capability and workforce development.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities.
