Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead the cost and contracts team for development and project works in Singapore. You will oversee cost planning, budgeting and value engineering while reviewing tender documents and contract submissions.

The role requires extensive experience in quantity surveying, strong knowledge of tendering, contract law and final accounts, and proven leadership with stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Extensive experience in quantity surveying, cost management and contracts administration.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, cost planning, contract law, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Good leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost and contracts team across development and project works.
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, estimates and value engineering exercises.
• Review tender documents, pricing schedules and contract-related submissions.
• Manage tender processes, evaluations, clarifications and award recommendations.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors and internal project teams on cost and contract matters.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, disputes and final accounts.
• Ensure proper contract administration and compliance with agreed commercial terms.
• Guide the team, improve work processes and ensure timely delivery of reports and submissions.
