Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist in pre-contract and post-contract cost management for projects in Singapore. You will support procurement and subcontractor management, prepare and monitor budgets, costs and cash flow, and process progress claims and contract payments.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying and the ability to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines, with good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.

Qualifications
