Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting for a renowned Shopping Mall Organisation in Singapore. The role sits in the tenant management team at the assigned mall, combining tenant management (70%) and marketing coordination (30%), with Monday to Friday office hours.

Based at the central location, you will build strong tenant relationships, monitor sales trends, coordinate tenancy and marketing initiatives, and prepare management reports to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and the commercial drivers behind tenant performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and act as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor and analyse tenants' sales performance, business trends, and operational challenges.
• Conduct regular tenant engagement sessions to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Liaise with tenants on operational, tenancy, and leasing-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal leasing teams on tenancy administration and lease-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and operational requirements.
• Prepare tenant performance reports, leasing updates, and management reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to tenant management and leasing operations.
• Act as the key liaison between tenants and the marketing team for mall-wide campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for tenant participation and collaboration to enhance business performance.
• Coordinate and facilitate tenant involvement in marketing activities, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and operational needs.
• Gather tenant feedback, market insights, and business information to support the planning and evaluation of marketing initiatives.
• Foster strong tenant engagement and encourage participation in events, promotions, and customer engagement programmes.

The Opportunity

• You will be part of the tenant management team based at the assigned mall, responsible for building strong tenant relationships. This role combines Tenant Management (70%) and Marketing Coordination (30%)
• Mon - Fri: Office Hours
• Location: Central
• 12 months renewable contract
• Salary: Up to SGD 5500 (subjected to experience)

The Talent
