Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking an accomplished Technical Success Executive to lead executive-level recovery efforts for our most strategic enterprise customers. You will serve as the primary executive partner, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to restore trust and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer- and outcome-oriented mindset with a passion for solving enterprise challenges.
• 10+ years in roles like Enterprise Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or comparable executive facing positions.
• Proven experience leading executive customer engagements and complex deployments.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with Fortune 500 technology and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Become the primary executive partner for strategically significant customer engagements.
• Lead executive recovery efforts across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and own Executive Recovery & Success Plans with milestones, exit criteria, and value realization objectives.
• Lead technical recovery efforts for major incidents, outages, or complex deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to remove blockers and accelerate recovery for strategic customers.
• Participate in renewal negotiations, contract strategy, and long-term planning for customers.
