Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Customer Success Leader to oversee the Signature program for enterprise customers in Singapore. You will manage cross-functional collaboration, ensure value delivery, and build trusted executive relationships to drive renewals and expansion.

You will work with multi-org teams and senior stakeholders, leveraging your deep SaaS and banking/financial services experience to optimize implementation health and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success, SaaS, or related leadership roles.
• Expertise in Salesforce product features and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to influence at C-Level and drive outcomes.
• Experience in digital transformation programs in banking/financial services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates Signature experience across multi-org, single-cloud customers.
• Aligns with Business and Technical stakeholders and internal partners to deliver value.
• Single point of accountability for Signature-entitled customers.
• Drives Customer Success Score metrics and handles escalations.
