Job summary

Meta is seeking an Executive Support Engineer to act as the primary technical partner to senior leadership, owning the technology ecosystem for in-office operations, travel, residential setups, events, and strategic programs. You will operate with high autonomy, shaping long-term strategy and multi-year roadmaps at VP-level visibility.

You will lead cross-functional programs, manage technical compliance, and deliver zero-defect solutions while building trusted relationships at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years IT/enterprise engineering experience.
• 5+ years direct experience supporting C-suite executives.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with VP-level visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own all technology operations for Meta's senior leadership end-to-end: in-office, travel, residential, events, and off-sites.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor for executive leadership.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects across 10+ cross-functional teams as PM Tech Lead.
