Job summary

NTT DATA Singapore is seeking a Chief of Staff to support an Executive Leader by refining business processes, coordinating key programs, and communicating strategic objectives across the leadership team.

You will maintain visibility of the executive’s day-to-day activities, align initiatives with the leader’s vision, and drive progress on strategic goals while ensuring timely reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced experience supporting executive leadership.
• Experience in global IT services preferred.
• Fluent English; Japanese language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Leader and leadership team with insights on operational plans.
• Coordinate information across functional teams for financial projects.
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews to ensure follow-through.
• Lead strategic initiatives and track progress toward goals.
• Provide timely status updates and reports.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the Executive Leader when needed.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings and client visits.
• Assist in setting operational meeting agendas.
• Liaise with communications to translate vision into messaging.
• Handle regular reporting and address bottlenecks; escalate issues.
• Support special projects with ethics and security compliance.
