Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Sommelier to elevate wine and sake service across a Forbes-standard luxury hospitality environment. You will lead wine program development, train staff, and ensure impeccable guest experiences through tailored recommendations and effective inventory management.

You will mentor captains and hosts, maintain the cellar, and drive upselling opportunities while upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced, premium setting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in the wine/sake trade and passionate about wine/sake service.
• Proven experience leading guest-facing teams.
• Experience in Forbes-rated luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• As Sommelier, demonstrate high wine/sake knowledge and pairing expertise to upsell to guests.
• Setup and maintain wine/sake in cellars and cabinets aligned to the beverage list.
• Regularly update wine list and reflect current vintages.
• Educate staff on wine and sake knowledge for the restaurant program.
• Lead front-of-house/beverage team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
