There are six branches in HRSC. This post is under the Boarding and Development Services Branch, which oversees hiring, exit and development admin services in MHA.
The job holder manages a broad range of recruitment and in-service appointment activities. S/he plays a key role in supporting workforce acquisition efforts by partnering stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of appointments, maintaining service excellence, and supporting efficient hiring processes. The job holder will also contribute to process improvements, leverage technology and data to enhance service delivery, and support the achievement of recruitment KPIs.
