Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Segment President Office PMO & Projects Lead to establish the PMO cadence and governance across strategic initiatives. You will synthesize complex inputs into decision-ready briefs for the CSAME leadership team and drive cross-functional alignment across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PMO, strategy, or Chief of Staff in large multinational settings.
• Experience in HVAC/building tech or related sectors preferred.
• Strong business sense with portfolio prioritization and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the segment PMO cadence and governance across initiatives.
• Synthesize inputs into concise, decision-ready briefs for leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across APAC, MEA, and other regions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Zone leaders to optimize operating models.
• Lead high-impact assignments as proxy for Strategy, BD, and JV teams.
