Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong online research and analytical skills; familiarity with Boolean logic is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Market mapping: Research target companies, org structures, and industry trends to build candidate pools.
• Talent sourcing: Identify VP- and C-level executives using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and databases.
• Data management: Maintain candidate profiles and contact logs within the ATS.
• Outreach support: Draft personalized engagement messages and assist consultants with outreach strategy.
• Strategy collaboration: Work with search consultants to refine candidate profiles per client needs.
