Job summary

Dada Consultants in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Intern to support executive search and talent advisory work across tech, finance, AI, and emerging industries. You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, market mapping, and candidate engagement.

You will work closely with our consultants, participating in sourcing, screening, and pipeline management while learning how top talent is identified and placed in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment, consulting, or talent advisory.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive mindset with learning agility.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across AI, fintech, Web3.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and CRM records.
• Support consultants on search mandates and ad-hoc projects.
