You will partner with senior stakeholders to understand organizational priorities, define leadership requirements, and attract talent who can support business growth and long-term success.

This role combines strategic talent advisory with hands-on search execution, requiring strong research, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of recruitment, including executive search experience.
• Proven success recruiting Director, VP, C-suite, or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong research, sourcing, and talent mapping capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives.
• Discretion with confidential information and professional integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently while delivering quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full executive recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring leaders to establish role requirements, leadership competencies, and evaluation criteria.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and insights.
• Engage senior talent through targeted outreach and referrals.
• Assess leadership experience, motivations, and alignment with organizational needs.
• Advise stakeholders on search progress, candidate suitability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate structured feedback discussions to support hiring decisions.
• Manage offer negotiations with HR and compensation teams.
• Develop and maintain leadership talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and accurate recruitment records.
• Continuously improve executive recruitment processes, tools, and assessment practices.
