We are in search of a dedicated Executive Search Consultant or Researcher who will play a pivotal role in sourcing outstanding candidates for our clients. Responsibilities

• Conduct full 360 recruitment from conducting business development to sourcing and securing placements for excellent candidates for executive level
• Conduct thorough research and candidate sourcing to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, organisational culture, and strategic goals.
• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including candidate interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
• Utilise various sourcing strategies, including networking, database searches, and market mapping, to identify high-calibre candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and effective delivery of recruitment solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in market trends and industry insights to guide clients in making informed hiring decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
