Job summary

Anchor Search Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Consultant - Executive Search to manage end-to-end executive search assignments, acting as a strategic advisor to clients while sourcing, assessing, and placing senior-level professionals to build lasting partnerships.

You will build strong client relationships, deliver market insights, and drive full-cycle search processes across global assignments, contributing to revenue growth while collaborating with leading organizations and senior executives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing executive search or senior-level recruitment assignments.
• Strong business acumen with ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple search assignments under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain client relationships by understanding their business needs and talent requirements to deliver tailored executive search solutions.
• Provide clients with actionable market insights and strategic advice to support leadership hiring decisions.
• Manage full-cycle executive search processes, including briefing, candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement of senior professionals.
• Conduct comprehensive research and market mapping to identify and engage potential candidates aligned with client needs.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural alignment and leadership capabilities to ensure optimal fit.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to revenue growth and expand client base.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches for executive search services to prospective clients.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and talent movements to inform clients and enhance search strategies.
• Share relevant market intelligence with clients to enable informed talent acquisition decisions.
