Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze processes to identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in life insurance operations.
• Be the liaison point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure requirements are clearly understood and translated to functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across work-streams.
• Liaise and work closely with Information System Department in seeking solutions to problems identified.
• Review business requirements for system enhancements.
• Perform user acceptance testing on system enhancements or production fixes and ensure proper follow through of issues till closure.
• Process service requests from customers in order to build a strong foundation on the business processes.
• Ensure relevant standard operating procedure manuals are updated on a timely basis whenever there are amendments or updates.
• Supports audit requests, appeals and service recovery.
• Manage team’s email inbox.
• Any other duties delegated from time to time.
