Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation seeks an Executive, Ops Resilience and Knowledge Management (ORKM) within the Integrated Operations Hub (IOH) to strengthen operational readiness and knowledge management.

You will support planning, risk analysis, crisis response coordination, and the maintenance of SOPs, after-action reviews, and incident learnings.

The role requires stakeholder engagement across departments and a willingness to work outside normal hours during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Experience in business continuity, resilience, crisis management, or emergency planning.

Responsibilities

• Support operations resilience by acting as custodian and secretariat for key meeting platforms and coordinating inputs across divisions.
• Assist in crisis readiness, coordinate resilience exercises and training for SCOG and SCMG.
• Support knowledge management by organizing SOPs, manuals, and lessons learned.
