Job summary

Ministry of Manpower (MOM) seeks a role focused on building a resilient workforce and prepared workplaces to respond to crises and disruptions. You will join the Workforce Security team, handling incidents, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and developing clear crisis-management processes.

You will engage internal and external partners, support emergency preparedness, and assist with ad-hoc duties to strengthen MOM’s crisis response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and understand the diverse business areas of MOM.
• Degree holder with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient in data analytics and basic visualization tools; good writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage MOM divisions to establish clear processes for coordination of crises.
• Support MOM’s efforts in managing a crisis or major incident.
• Support the development of the SGSecure@Workplaces programme to engage stakeholders.
• Support the secretariat of the Singapore Inter-Agency Taskforce on Trafficking in Persons with research and coordination.
• Assist with emergency preparedness planning and incident management.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor as part of workforce security team.
