Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Executive, Operations (Post-Fixture / Chartering) to support and manage post-fixture operations for container ship charters with clients worldwide.

Based at Shenton Way, this permanent role offers a monthly salary of S$3,500 and standard 8.30 am to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday hours. You will assist the team with post-fixture operations, market reporting, and client liaison, reporting to Head of Chartering Asia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of fixtures agreed by the broking team
• Assist other members of the team in post-fixture operational, chartering, and S&P activities, as may be required
• Collect, maintain, and analyse market information including vessel positions, fixture information, and sale and purchase transactions
• Prepare weekly and monthly market reports
• Client liaison and general office duties
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
