Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Maritime/Logistics coordinator to support the broking team in Asia. You will oversee fixture deliveries, assist with post-fixture operations, and collect market data to prepare weekly and monthly reports, while liaising with clients and supporting office duties.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics or related fields, and training is provided for applicants without experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics or related disciplines.
• Those without experience may apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of fixtures agreed by the broking team.
• Assisting other members of the team in post-fixture operational, chartering and S&P activities as required.
• Collection, maintenance and analysis of market information including vessel positions, fixture information, sale and purchase transactions.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly market reports.
• Client liaison and general office duties.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager.
